Caramel Popcorn Balls

  1. In a large bowl, add in popcorn.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  4. Set aside.
  5. In a small saucepan, heat caramel sauce until it starts to boil.
  6. Remove from heat and pour over popcorn.
  7. Let cool for about 23 minutes.
  8. Stir in marshmallows and powdered sugar.
  9. Grease your hands using cooking spray and form mixture into 8 balls.
  10. Place onto parchment paper.
  11. Dip each ball into melted chocolate.
  12. Let set until chocolate is hardened.
  13. Enjoy!
