Healthier Grilled Steak Fries

  1. Put potatoes in cold water with 2 Tbs.
  2. salt.
  3. Bring to boil over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook until tender when pierced with knife but still firm (about 25 mins).
  5. Drain.
  6. When cool enough to handle, cut lengthwise into 8 slices.
  7. Heat grill to high.
  8. Brush potatoes with oil.
  9. Season.
  10. Grill until golden brown and cook through (about 2-3 minutes).
  11. Serve hot.
