Pink Dip
- 1 cup tofu
- 2 tablespoons chopped onions
- 1 -2 tablespoon oil
- 1 -2 tablespoon vinegar
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 14 cup ketchup
- 14 teaspoon curry or 14 teaspoon cumin
- Blend until dip is nice and creamy in a food processor or blender.
- For a thinner dip, blend in a little soymilk.
