Sausage Rolls

  1. In large skillet, brown sausage; drain.
  2. Add onion, celery, salt and pepper.
  3. Saute 1 to 2 minutes; cool.
  4. To assemble sausage rolls, place 1 tbsp.
  5. sausage mixture diagonally on each wonton wrapper.
  6. Fold like an egg roll, by folding one corner over filling and tucking point under; fold in 2 side corners.
  7. Roll up tightly toward remaining corner; mosten point to seal.
  8. In deep fryer or heavy saucepan, heat 1 to 2 inches oil to 375F.
  9. Fry sausage rolls for 3 to 5 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Drain on paper towels.
