A.1. Cheesy Roast Beef Topper
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red peppers
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. A.1. Thick & Hearty Sauce
- 2 oz. (1/3 of 6-oz. pkg.) KRAFT 2% Milk Cheddar Cheese, cut into 8 slices
- 16 woven wheat crackers
- 8 slices OSCAR MAYER Deli Fresh Slow Roasted Roast Beef, cut in half
- Cook vegetables in nonstick skillet on medium heat 1 min.
- Stir in steak sauce; cook 1 min.
- Set aside.
- Cut cheese slices in half.
- Top crackers with meat, cheese and vegetable mixture.
- Place 8 topped crackers on microwaveable plate.
- Microwave on HIGH 20 to 25 sec.
- or until cheese begins to melt.
- Repeat with remaining crackers.
