A.1. Cheesy Roast Beef Topper

  1. Cook vegetables in nonstick skillet on medium heat 1 min.
  2. Stir in steak sauce; cook 1 min.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Cut cheese slices in half.
  5. Top crackers with meat, cheese and vegetable mixture.
  6. Place 8 topped crackers on microwaveable plate.
  7. Microwave on HIGH 20 to 25 sec.
  8. or until cheese begins to melt.
  9. Repeat with remaining crackers.
