Mocha Mousse

  1. Pour milk into medium bowl.
  2. Add coffee granules.
  3. Beat with whisk 2 min.
  4. Add dry pudding mix and cinnamon; beat 2 min.
  5. Stir in 1-1/2 cups COOL WHIP.
  6. Pour into individual dessert dishes.
  7. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  8. Top with remaining COOL WHIP just before serving.

cold fat, coffee, ground cinnamon, thawed cool
