Herbed Cauliflower Bake

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Place cauliflower in a steamer basket over boiling water.
  3. Cover and steam 4-5 minutes or until just tender.
  4. Drain and keep warm.
  5. Melt butter in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  6. Sauti onions, celery and mushrooms 4-5 minutes or until tender.
  7. Stir in remaining ingredients except cauliflower and breadcrumbs.
  8. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Simmer another 2 minutes.
  10. Stir in cauliflower.
  11. Transfer mixture to a lightly oiled baking dish.
  12. Top with breadcrumbs and bake 15 minutes.
