Rainbow Layered Dessert

  1. Grease a 9 inch springform pan.
  2. Dissolve 1 box of Jello in one cup of boiling water.
  3. Stir in 1 pint of ice cream.
  4. Pour into spring mold.
  5. Chill until firm.
  6. Spread 1/3 of the sour cream over the firm Jello layer.
  7. Repeat until you have used all of the flavors and 1/3 of the sour cream between each.
  8. Chill overnight.
  9. Unmold and slice to serve.
  10. A lot of work and patience, but a showstopper, and really very simple.
