Sweet And Sour Pork

  1. Mix flour, salt, baking powder and water.
  2. Coat pork and fry until done, but not hard.
  3. Drain and pour off grease.
  4. Saute vegetables.
  5. Combine pineapple juice, cornstarch, sugar, soya sauce, vinegar and catsup to make 2 cups.
  6. Pour in skillet to thicken to bubbly.
  7. Add pineapple, cherries and pork.
