Sliders
- 1/2 teaspoons Onion Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
- 1 pound Ground Chuck
- 8 whole (3-inch) Buns
- 3 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
- American Cheese, Grilled Onions, Ketchup, Mustard, For Topping (optional)
- In a small bowl, mix together onion powder, garlic powder, pepper, and salt.
- Line a half sheet pan with parchment paper and place the ground beef right in the middle.
- Lay a sheet of plastic wrap right over the top of that.
- Roll the meat out with a rolling pin until it is very thin and reaches all sides of the pan.
- Remove the plastic wrap and sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over the top.
- Carefully remove the parchment paper from the pan and lay on a flat surface.
- Fold the meat in half using the parchment paper.
- Using a pizza cutter, cut into 8 squares.
- Wrap the buns in foil and park in a 250 degrees F oven for 510 minutes.
- Place the burgers on a 350 degrees F griddle or a grill lined with aluminum foil.
- Cook for 23 minutes on each side.
- If using cheese, pop it on after you flip the burger so its nice and melted.
- Pull the buns out of the oven, spread them with a little mayo and top with a burger.
- You can add some grilled onions, ketchup, mustard or anything else your little heart desires.
- These babies go with anything!
