Chocolate Marshmallow Logs Recipe

• 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate bits
• 1/2 stick butter
• 2 Large eggs
• 1 c. vanilla wafers, minced finely
• 1 c. powdered sugar
• 1 pkg. colored marshmallows

1. On medium heat heat chocolate bits and butter.
2. Beat in Large eggs and wafers.
3. Add in sugar and marshmallows; stir till well blended.
4. Remove from heat.
5. Lay out 6 sheets of wax paper.
6. Lay coconut or possibly finely minced nuts, if you like on wax paper.
7. Proportionately place chocolate mix on papers.
8. Roll paper and chill.
9. Makes 6 logs.
