Fudge Pie
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
- 3/4 cup 53% vegetable oil spread
- 3 squares (1 oz.) unsweetened chocolate
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- vanilla ice cream (optional)
- Prick bottom of pastry crust lightly with fork.
- Bake at 450F for 5 minutes; set aside.
- Melt spread and chocolate in medium saucepan over medium heat; remove from heat.
- Blend eggs, sugar and flour in small bowl; stir into chocolate mixture.
- Pour mixture into prepared pie crust.
- Bake at 325&F for 45 to 50 minutes (center will be slightly soft).
- Cool completely on wire rack.
- Cut into wedges and top with vanilla ice cream if desired.
