Baked Halibut Supreme Recipe
- 1 c. White wine
- 1 lb Halibut
- 1 c. Mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. Minced onions
- 5 slc of bread crumbled
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream Paprika
- Mix wine and salt, marinate fish for 1 hour or possibly all day is best.
- Drain fish: dry with paper towels.
- Dip both sides of fish into bread crumbs; place in buttered baking dish.
- Mix mayonnaise, lowfat sour cream and onions and spread over halibut.
- Sprinkle with remaining crumbs and paprika.
- Bake at 500 degrees for 20 min or possibly till fish flakes with fork.
