Chocolate Oreo Blondie

  1. Combine chocolate, sugar and butter in a medium saucepan, and stir over a low heat until chocolate and butter have melted.
  2. Remove from heat and whisk in eggs.
  3. Add flour, custard powder and baking powder.
  4. Stir until well combined.
  5. Fold through the Oreos.
  6. Pour into a lined 20 x 20cm slice tin.
  7. Bake at 180C for 30-35 minutes or until cooked through.
  8. Allow to cool and cut into squares to serve.
