Chocolate Oreo Blondie
- 125g white chocolate melts, roughly chopped
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 30g butter
- 3 x 55g eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 1/3 cup custard powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 125g OREO* Chocolate Creme Cookies
- Combine chocolate, sugar and butter in a medium saucepan, and stir over a low heat until chocolate and butter have melted.
- Remove from heat and whisk in eggs.
- Add flour, custard powder and baking powder.
- Stir until well combined.
- Fold through the Oreos.
- Pour into a lined 20 x 20cm slice tin.
- Bake at 180C for 30-35 minutes or until cooked through.
- Allow to cool and cut into squares to serve.
