Asian Spinach Salad
- 8 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons unseasoned rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 (3 ounce) package ramen noodles, broken
- 12 cup slivered almonds
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1 (10 ounce) bag spinach leaves
- 1 bunch green onion, chopped
- Whisk together 6 tablespoons olive oil with sugar, vinegar, and soy sauce.
- Set this sauce aside.
- Heat remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil over medium heat.
- Stir in noodles, almonds, and sesame seeds.
- Cook until golden brown.
- Let cool.
- Toss spinach and chopped onions in a large bowl.
- Add sauce and noodle mixture.
- Serve immediately.
