Shrimp & Scallop Linguini Recipe

  1. Heat butter in large skillet, saute/fry garlic 1 minute.
  2. Add in shrimp, scallops, red pepper slices, snow peas, basil, parsley, salt and pepper.
  3. Saute/fry 2 to 3 min till shrimp are tender.
  4. Serve over linguini.
  5. Garnish with lemon slices and sprig of parsley.
  6. Serves 6.
