Yum Yum Salad - Jello Salad

• 1 lg. pkg. orange jello
• 3 cups (700 ml) boiling water
• 4 tsp (20 ml) vinegar
• 4 tsp (20 ml) sugar - dash salt
• 2 cups (475 ml) crushed pineapple, drained
• 1 cup (225 ml) grated chedder or american cheese
• 1 cup (225 ml) cool whip

1. Combine first 6 ingredients.
2. Chill.
3. When mixture begins to congeal add cheese and cool whip.
4. Chill until served.
