Joani's Pasta Sauce

  1. Heat the oil in a medium-sized pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion, garlic, and green pepper, and cook for about five minutes, or until the onions are soft.
  3. Add the gound beef, seasoning, and chilies.
  4. Brown the beef thoroughly.
  5. Add the sauce and ginger, stir, and bring the heat to minimum.
  6. Stir occasionally and let it cook while the spaghetti finishes.
