Mexican Chili Con Carne Recipe

  1. In Dutch oven brown meat in warm oil.
  2. Add in all ingredients except beans.
  3. Cover, bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
  4. Stir occasionally.
  5. Add in more liquid as needed.
  6. Skim off fat; add in beans and simmer 30 min more.
  7. Makes 6 servings.
