Easy Mushroom Pizza

• 1/4 recipe Perfect Parmesan Pizza Dough
• 1 cup pizza sauce
• 3 cups (225 g) sliced mushrooms
• 1/2 cup finely diced onion
• 1-1/2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded 3 Cheese Pizza Cheese

1. Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
2. Roll Perfect Parmesan Pizza Dough into 12-inch circle on lightly floured surface.
3. Transfer to baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
4. Spread dough with sauce to within 1/2 inch of edge; top with mushrooms and onions.
5. Bake 10 min.
6. Top with cheese; bake 8 to 10 min.
7. or until cheese is melted and edge of crust is golden brown.
