Easy chow chow

  1. Chop veggies into a small to large dice.
  2. Toss in a sauce pot.
  3. Add other ingredients with a 1/4 cup of water.
  4. Cook on medium heat while stirring occasionally until the water reduces out.
  5. This is NOT shelf stable.
  6. Let cool and keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
  7. No need for canning.

tomato, handful onion, green bell pepper, sweet red pepper, handful cabbage, sugar, salt, turmeric, vinegar
