leg of lamb roasted

  1. preheat oven 425F Fahrenheit
  2. chop vegetables put in roaster
  3. cut incisions into lamb and push cloves of garlic inside
  4. season meat with Skunkmonkey Greek seasonings
  5. season vegetables with the same
  6. put meat on top of the vegetables bed now its oven time one hour and a quarter (1hr 15 minutes)
  7. halfway through the cooking process drizzle olive oil on top of lamb and finish cooking
  8. last 20 mins uncover and finish

lamb, clove garlic, golden potatoes, salt, green onions, onion, baby carrots, favorite broth lamb, olive oil
