leg of lamb roasted
- 2 1/2 lb boneless leg of lamb
- 5 clove garlic whole
- 8 small and medium sized rose golden potatoes quartered and sixthed (Floridian talk)
- 1 Skunkmonkey Greek seasoning to taste
- 1 salt to taste
- 7 large green onions chopped
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 1/3 lb baby carrots
- 1 quart of favorite broth lamb, beef, chicken, vegetables, pork , rabbit and so on
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- preheat oven 425F Fahrenheit
- chop vegetables put in roaster
- cut incisions into lamb and push cloves of garlic inside
- season meat with Skunkmonkey Greek seasonings
- season vegetables with the same
- put meat on top of the vegetables bed now its oven time one hour and a quarter (1hr 15 minutes)
- halfway through the cooking process drizzle olive oil on top of lamb and finish cooking
- last 20 mins uncover and finish
