Sesame Chicken Triangles

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Unfold pastry sheet.
  3. Cut into 9 (3-inch) squares using pastry cutter or knife.
  4. Cut each square into 4 equal triangles.
  5. Place onto ungreased baking sheets.
  6. Combine egg and milk in bowl.
  7. Brush tops of triangles with egg mixture; sprinkle with sesame seed.
  8. Bake 9-11 minutes or until triangles are puffed and golden brown.
  9. Cool completely.
  10. Melt butter in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until sizzling; add bell pepper and green onions.
  11. Cook, stirring occasionally, 4-5 minutes or until vegetables are softened.
  12. Remove skillet from heat.
  13. Add all remaining filling ingredients; mix well.
  14. Split each pastry triangle horizontally with small serrated knife.
  15. Spoon about 1 1/2 teaspoons filling into each.
