Garlic Pepper Butter
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 5 6 cloves minced garlic or 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground white pepper
- Whip butter with an electric mixer in a small bowl until smooth and fluffy.
- Continue to beat, gradually adding remaining ingredients.
- Using waxed paper, shape butter mixture into a 6 inch long log.
- Store in refrigerator.
- Serve garlic pepper butter on steaks, fish, vegetables, & pastas.
