Garlic Pepper Butter

  1. Whip butter with an electric mixer in a small bowl until smooth and fluffy.
  2. Continue to beat, gradually adding remaining ingredients.
  3. Using waxed paper, shape butter mixture into a 6 inch long log.
  4. Store in refrigerator.
  5. Serve garlic pepper butter on steaks, fish, vegetables, & pastas.
