Potatoes Topped With Beef
- 3 medium Potatoes
- 100 grams Thinly sliced beef
- 2 tsp Vegetable oil for stir frying
- 2 tsp Sake
- 2 tsp Mirin
- 2 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1 White sesame seeds
- 1 Red chili pepper powder
- Wash the unpeeled potatoes well, cut in half, and boil in salted water until a bamboo skewer goes through a piece easily.
- Heat oil in a pan and stir fry the beef.
- When the meat changes color, add the ingredients, and continue stir frying until there's almost no liquid left in the pan.
- Lay the cooked potato slices on a plate, and top with the meat.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and chili pepper powder, and serve.
