Potatoes Topped With Beef

  1. Wash the unpeeled potatoes well, cut in half, and boil in salted water until a bamboo skewer goes through a piece easily.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and stir fry the beef.
  3. When the meat changes color, add the ingredients, and continue stir frying until there's almost no liquid left in the pan.
  4. Lay the cooked potato slices on a plate, and top with the meat.
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds and chili pepper powder, and serve.
