Cream-filled Donut Poppers
- 1 can biscuits
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding, or flavor of choice
- 1 1/2 cup cinnamon sugar mix
- 1 oil for frying
- Unroll biscuits and cut each into fourths.
- Roll each piece into a ball.
- Prepare pudding mix according to directions.
- In medium pot heat oil to 350
- Fry about 4-5 balls at a time, turning to brown on all sides.
- Take straight from oil to cinnamon sugar mixture and toss to coat.
- Carefully inject each popper with pudding mixture.
