Cream-filled Donut Poppers

  1. Unroll biscuits and cut each into fourths.
  2. Roll each piece into a ball.
  3. Prepare pudding mix according to directions.
  4. In medium pot heat oil to 350
  5. Fry about 4-5 balls at a time, turning to brown on all sides.
  6. Take straight from oil to cinnamon sugar mixture and toss to coat.
  7. Carefully inject each popper with pudding mixture.
