Tossed Salad With A Twist Recipe

• 1/2 head lettuce
• 2 green onions (including stems), diced
• 1 avocado (optional)
• 1 c. celery, diced
• 1/4 c. slivered almonds
• 1 (11 ounce.) can mandarin oranges, liquid removed
• Sprinkle of parsley

1. Blend all dressing ingredients and shake well.
2. Pour over salad just before serving.
