Chicken Parmigiana with Fresh Tomato Sauce

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Add Parmesan to coating mix in shaker bag; shake gently to combine.
  3. Coat chicken with Parmesan mixture, then bake as directed on package.
  4. Meanwhile, cook onions in dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat 4 min.
  5. or until onions are crisp-tender.
  6. Stir in tomatoes; cook 2 to 3 min.
  7. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  8. Stir in basil.
  9. Keep warm.
  10. Top chicken with sauce and cheese.
