Asian Marinated Shrimp And Vegetable Stir Fry Recipe

  1. For Shrimp: Mix all the ingredients together and let marinate in the refrigerator for 4 to 24 hrs.
  2. Grill over high heat till cooked through.
  3. For Stir-Fry: In a warm wok or possibly saute/fry pan, saute/fry ginger and garlic in peanut and sesame oils for 1 minute.
  4. Add in remaining vegetables.
  5. Cook till the cabbage is almost completely cooked (3 to 5 min).
  6. Add in soy sauce, sake, and hoisin sauce.
  7. Taste for salt and pepper.
  8. If more salt is desired, add in additional soy sauce.
  9. This recipe yields 4 servings.
