Salsa-Topped Mac & Cheese
- 1 pkg. (14 oz.) KRAFT Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup each chopped green and red bell peppers
- 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
- 1/2 cup TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Mild Salsa
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- Prepare Dinner as directed on package.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add onions and bell peppers; cook 3 min.
- or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
- Add vegetable mixture to prepared Dinner along with the ground red pepper; mix well.
- Top with salsa and cheddar.
