Sausage & Cheese Mock Souffle Recipe

  1. Place bread in 9 x 13 inch greased pan.
  2. Cover with 2 1/2 c. cheese and sausage (onions added here if used).
  3. Beat Large eggs, half & half, 1 1/4 c. lowfat milk and mustard together.
  4. Pour over bread and chill overnight.
  5. Next day: Mix soup and lowfat milk.
  6. Pour over bread mix.
  7. Top with remaining cheese.
  8. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
  9. Let rest 15 min before serving.
