Mmmm Skinny Meatballs
- 1 lb lean ground beef or 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 14 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute
- 2 tablespoons water
- 12 cup rolled oats
- 14 cup onion, minced
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup skim milk
- 12 cup sliced mushrooms
- Mix together first 8 ingredients.
- Roll into balls about 1 inch in diameter, and place on a broiler pan.
- Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
- Turn meatballs over, and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until meatballs are no longer pink in the center.
- In a large pot, mix together soup, milk, mushroom, and heat.
- Remove any excess fat from meatballs and soak in the soup gravy until ready to serve.
