Apple Oat Crumble
- 4 large granny smith apples, peeled, cored, and thinky sliced
- 12 cup golden raisin
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 14 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 14 teaspoon ground cloves
- 13 cup brown sugar, packed
- 12 cup flour
- 12 cup dried oats
- 1 tablespoon dark corn syrup
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 2 teaspoons butter, softened
- 12 cup water
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Combine apples, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and raisins in large mixing bowl.
- Toss lightly.
- Pour into 9x13 baking dish, pour water over the top.
- In separate mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, & oats.
- Add corn syrup, oil, and butter.
- Blend until coarse crumbs develop (I use Magic Bullet).
- Sprinkle crumbs over apples.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes.
