Easy & Quick Bacon and Grated Daikon Radish Rice Bowl
- 1 slice Bacon
- 5 cm Daikon radish
- 1 tablespoon~ Green scallions
- 1 tablespoon~ Tempura crumbs
- 1 pinch Umami seasoning
- 1 Soy sauce
- 1 bowl worth Cooked white rice
- Grate the daikon.
- Cook the bacon until crispy, and cut to easy-to-eat pieces (or cut the bacon before cooking).
- Prepare the chopped green scallions and tempura crumbs.
- Reference:
- Serve rice into a bowl and top with the bacon in Step 1 and the chopped green scallion from Step 2.
- Sprinkle with umami seasoning and soy sauce, and it's finished.
