Easy & Quick Bacon and Grated Daikon Radish Rice Bowl

  1. Grate the daikon.
  2. Cook the bacon until crispy, and cut to easy-to-eat pieces (or cut the bacon before cooking).
  3. Prepare the chopped green scallions and tempura crumbs.
  4. Reference:
  5. Serve rice into a bowl and top with the bacon in Step 1 and the chopped green scallion from Step 2.
  6. Sprinkle with umami seasoning and soy sauce, and it's finished.
