Spicy White Chili

  1. In a Dutch oven cook onions and garlic in hot oil over medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring often, until tender.
  2. Stir in green chiles, chili powder, oregano and cayenne pepper; cook for 1 minute.
  3. Mash one can of beans.
  4. Add all beans and broth to ingredients in Duch oven.
  5. Bring to simmering.
  6. Cook, covered, for 10 minutes.
  7. Stir in the chicken; cook about 10 minutes until heated through.
  8. Top with cheese and chips.
