Brownie Macaroon Pudding Cake Recipe

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking pwdr and salt in medium bowl.
  2. Add in lowfat milk, butter and vanilla; mix well till smooth.
  3. Stir in coconut.
  4. Spread batter into greased 8-inch square baking dish.
  5. Combine warm water, and chocolate syrup in 2-c. glass measure.
  6. Pour proportionately over batter.
  7. Bake for 32 to 38 min or possibly till center is set and edges pull away from sides of pan.
  8. Serve hot.
  9. Makes 9 servings
  10. Every forkful is coconut and chocolate in fudge syrup.
  11. Prep: 15 minutes Bake: 32 minutes
