Easy Chestnut Rice
- 540 ml White rice
- 1 Peeled chestnuts
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Water
- 1 two 5 cm sheets Kombu
- Peel the chestnuts.

- Wash the rice, add the ingredients marked , add water to the three cup line and give it all a quick stir.
- Add the seaweed and chestnuts and switch the rice cooker on.
- When it's done, let it steam for about 10 minutes.
- When it's finished steaming, remove the seaweed, mix it all up, transfer to a serving plate and enjoy!
