Impossible Cheeseburger Pie

• 1 pound ground beef
• 1 1/2 cups onions chopped
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 1/2 cups milk
• 3/4 cup biscuit baking mix (bisquick)
• 3 large eggs
• 2 each tomatoes sliced
• 1 cup cheddar cheese or american cheese, shredded

1. Heat oven to 400F (200C).
2. Grease pie pan plate.
3. Brown meat and onion.
4. Drain.
5. Salt and pepper meat mixture.
6. Spread in pie plate.
7. Beat milk, baking mix, and eggs until smooth.
8. Pour into pie plate over meat mixture.
9. Bake 25 minutes.
10. Top with tomatoes, sprinkle with cheese.
11. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
12. 5-8 minutes
