Selyodka Marinovannaya

  1. Bring the water, vinegar, and sugar to a boil.
  2. Cook until sugar is disolved.
  3. Remove from heat and set aside.
  4. In 2 large Mason jars layer the remaining ingredients.
  5. Be sure to distribute the spices evenly throughout the layers.
  6. Pour the mainade evenly over the contewnts of each jar.
  7. Screw the lids on tightly, place into the refrigerator for 5 to 7 days.
