Wild Rice Soup
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 carrots, peeled and diced
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 12 cup Brummel and Brown spread
- 12 cup flour
- 2 cups fat-free evaporated milk
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 2 cups cooked wild rice
- 2 cups cooked chicken
- Saute onion, celery and carrots in Brummel and Brown.
- Reduce heat add flour.
- Gradually add other ingredients and simmer until vegetables are tender about 1/2 hour.
