Crock Pot Roast Recipe

• Beef round sirloin tip London Broil
• Gravy Master
• Meat tenderizer
• Cream of mushroom soup
• Lipton onion soup mix

1. Tenderize meat.
2. Brown in Gravy master in frying pan.
3. Mix soup and soup mix with one can of water in crock pot.
4. Add in meat and remaining liquids from frying pan to crock pot.
5. Cook all day and go about your own way.
6. Enjoy!
