Iced Almond Latte

  1. Fill coffee filter or basket of coffeemaker with 1 cup ground espresso beans.
  2. Add 1 1/2 cups water to coffeemaker and brew.
  3. Pour coffee into bowl.
  4. Repeat with 1 cup ground espresso beans and remaining 1 1/2 cups water to make total of 2 cups coffee.
  5. Mix in sugar, then milk and almond syrup.
  6. Refrigerate mixture until cold, at least 2 hours or overnight.
  7. Fill 6 glasses with ice.
  8. Divide coffee mixture among glasses.
  9. Top each with whipped cream.
  10. Sprinkle with remaining 1 teaspoon ground espresso beans.
