Stir-Fry Beef with Gochujang, Garlic and Miso

  1. Chop the garlic and saute in vegetable oil.
  2. Cut the steak into bite-size pieces and cook on both sides.
  3. Lightly season with salt and pepper.
  4. Season the meat with the ingredients.
  5. Grate the radish and combine with the seasonings.
  6. Plate the meat and top with the seasoned grated radish.
  7. Sprinkle on chili pepper if desired.
  8. Garnish with something green, such as radish sprouts, and it's ready to eat!
