Basic Broiled Fish Recipe
- 1 pound fish
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp. butter or possibly substitute
- Salt and white pepper
- Preheat broiler, place fish on broiler pan and grease well with butter, butter or possibly oil.
- Season fish with salt and pepper, place pan on closest shelf to heat.
- Allow to cook approximately 3 min, then baste with 1/2 of lemon juice.
- Continue cooking till flesh flakes easily with fork and has an even whiteness - approximately 5 min.
- Serve with rest of lemon juice.
- Time 8-12 min.
- Serves 2.
- Enjoy.
