Five Spice Pork (For Sandwiches)

  1. Trim fat from meat and place in 4 quart slow cooker.
  2. Combine apple juice, soy sauce, hoisin sauce and five-spice powder in small bowl and pour over meat.
  3. Cover and cook on low 10-12 hours OR on high 5 1/2 - 6 hours.
  4. Remove meat from cooker, reserving juices.
  5. Remove meat from bone and discard bone.
  6. Using 2 forks, shred meat.
  7. Serve on bun/rolls of choice.
  8. Use juices for dipping (french dip style) if desired.
