Duck Sauce

• 12 cup orange marmalade
• 12 cup apricot preserves
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon chili sauce
• 1 tablespoon orange rind, grated
• 2 teaspoons lemon rind

1. Put all the ingredients into the bowl of a food processor and puree until smooth.
