Hot Chili Sauce Recipe

• 1 1/2 gal. peeled tomatoes
• 3 c. onions, minced
• 4 pods sweet red peppers, minced
• 4 pods green peppers, minced
• 10 pods warm peppers, minced
• 1 sm. jar Jalapeno peppers
• 1 c. sugar
• 1 pt. vinegar
• Salt to taste

1. Mix all ingredients in big pot.
2. Cook 20 to 25 min or possibly till pepper is done.
3. You can also can this in pint jars.
4. Makes 3 gallons.
