Hot Chili Sauce Recipe
- 1 1/2 gal. peeled tomatoes
- 3 c. onions, minced
- 4 pods sweet red peppers, minced
- 4 pods green peppers, minced
- 10 pods warm peppers, minced
- 1 sm. jar Jalapeno peppers
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 pt. vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Mix all ingredients in big pot.
- Cook 20 to 25 min or possibly till pepper is done.
- You can also can this in pint jars.
- Makes 3 gallons.
