Daikon Radish Salad

  1. Julienne the daikon radish into 5 cm thin strips.
  2. Soak in water and then drain well.
  3. Cut the mizuna into 5 cm pieces, soak in water, and then drain.
  4. Combine the ingredients in a bowl to make the dressing.
  5. Cut the bacon into 7 mm pieces and fry.
  6. Arrange the mizuna, daikon, and bacon on a plate.
  7. Top with the dressing.
