Daikon Radish Salad
- 1/6 Daikon radish
- 1/3 bunch Mizuna
- 4 to 5 slices Bacon
- 5 Cherry tomatoes
- 1 tsp Grainy mustard
- 1 1/2 tbsp Vinegar
- 3 tbsp Grapeseed oil or olive oil
- Julienne the daikon radish into 5 cm thin strips.
- Soak in water and then drain well.
- Cut the mizuna into 5 cm pieces, soak in water, and then drain.
- Combine the ingredients in a bowl to make the dressing.
- Cut the bacon into 7 mm pieces and fry.
- Arrange the mizuna, daikon, and bacon on a plate.
- Top with the dressing.
