Salsa Bandera (Flag Salsa) Recipe

• 2 large tomatoes
• 1/2 onion, finely chopped
• 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
• 2 to 4 Serrano Chiles, optional
• salt to taste

1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Serve with chips or a main dish such as tacos, burritos, carnitas or tostadas.
