Crab Frittatas
- 4 each eggs
- 3/4 cup fat free half and half
- 1 can drained 6 oz. can crabmeat
- 1/2 tsp old bay seasoning
- 2 each chopped green onions
- Heat oven to 350.
- Scramble eggs and add in the rest of the ingredients.
- Spoon the mixture into your muffin tin so each well is around 1/2 full.
- Might have a smidgen left over.
- Cook for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
- When done sprinkle a dash of fresh grated parmesan cheese on top and add a splash of paprika for color.
- Let cool in the pan on a cooling rack for 15 minutes before removing.
